For One Full Hour For An Intensive Full Body Workout That Will Include

Cardiovascular Training ( Modifications Will Be Shown For Those With Injuries)
Weight Training ( Light / Medium Weights To Tone & Sculpt )
Body Weight Training ( Exercises To Challenge Your Own Strength Without Weights)
Floor & Core ( Different Ways To Strengthen Your Core ex. Abdominals / Obliques / Flexors)
Stretching ( Various Stretches To Improve Flexibility)

15 Max Occupants For This Training So It Will Be On A First Come First Serve Basis
You Will Be Expected To Pay For The Complete 6 Weeks
